In this Kid’s Yoga series for 4-10 year olds, children will improve strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration through the practice of yoga. Through breathing techniques and imagery, children will learn how to find calm and focus and the ability to self-soothe. These classes are taught with one element in mind – fun! With crafts, music, props, games, books, partner activities and more, yoga becomes accessible and loved by children!
Parents/caregivers: we encourage you to leave your children in our care during the class and kindly ask that you do not observe the class.

This series is designed for tweens and teens ages 10-16. Please register using your child’s name.
This special 8 class series is designed to build and promote inner and outer strength, self-confidence, and compassion. Students will gain awareness, control, and flexibility by playing with yoga poses, exploring yoga games, listening to centering music, and experiencing age appropriate breathing exercises.
Special attention is given to community and friendship as we often play with partner poses, group poses, and have an overall good time. These classes create a way for tweens and teens to feel more at home inside of their own bodies and emotions. They will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and a little more comfortable in their own skin!
From: 9:30 am – 11:00 am
Mommas and mommas-to-be: Come and treat yourself to soothing movement, breath and mindfulness practices, and self-massage. We’ll focus on unwinding the upper back and hips and gently strengthening the core and pelvic floor. We’ll start with a gentle flow to warm up and reconnect with our strength, then draw inward with stretch, massage, and restorative peace and quiet. Pregnant, recently postpartum and seasoned moms welcome!
