Mommas and mommas-to-be: Come and treat yourself to soothing movement, breath and mindfulness practices, and self-massage. We’ll focus on unwinding the upper back and hips and gently strengthening the core and pelvic floor. We’ll start with a gentle flow to warm up and reconnect with our strength, then draw inward with stretch, massage, and restorative peace and quiet. Pregnant, recently postpartum and seasoned moms welcome!

Yoga Nidra — the Sleep of Oneness — offers a fully rejuvenating, deeply relaxing process of meditation and exploration, leaving you refreshed, calm, and clear. You’ll be guided through a series of experiences focusing on progressively deeper levels of consciousness as you move through the “koshas” – sheaths or cloaks that keep full awareness hidden in everyday life. In the deepest level, in which you hover in space between sleep and wakefulness, you’ll be led through visualization to integrate awareness, energy, and intention to allow you to bring new clarity beyond the mat and into your everyday life.
This class begins with a gentle stretch and moves to savasana for the rest of practice. Open to all levels.
