This is info session will take place in the studio. Masks required and COVID protocols will be followed. No yoga practice will occur during the session.

Meet in the studio with some of our 200-Hour Teacher Training Instructors, Mary Scudella, Rachel Wright & Colby Cooper, to answer all your questions about our upcoming 200-Hour Teacher Training (in-person) starting in March 2021.

In this training you will gain a strong foundation to teach yoga from your heart. Our expert teachers will guide you on this incredible journey as you gain teaching skills and a deep understanding of the practice of yoga.

In an experiential and supportive environment you will discover your unique teaching style and voice. In addition to learning the lifecycle of a flow class, the training also includes Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Seniors Yoga and Teaching Beginners modules. Whether your intention is to teach yoga or deepen your personal practice, this training will provide you with an heart-centered and transformational life experience.

6-week In Studio Beginners Yoga Series with Kristen Rice-Gira

No refunds, credits, or transfers for individual classes missed in the series. This workshop is offered in the studio with Covid protocols followed. Masks covering nose & mouth are required during practice.

This 6-week In Studio Beginners series introduces the fundamentals of a yoga practice in a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment. Students will learn proper breathing techniques, fundamental yoga poses, and methods for relaxation. This series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build confidence, strength and flexibility to prepare them for other classes at Bliss Body. Students who complete the series will receive $25 off their next class pass purchase. You don’t need to have a flexible body or a quiet mind to begin– you just need to show up!
