Training Details

Bliss Body Yoga’s 200-Hour Flow Yoga Teacher Training is an experiential training that will support you in discovering your unique teaching style and authentic voice. This training you will give you a strong foundation and understanding of what it means to truly “teach from your heart.” Our expert teachers will guide you on this transformational 7-month journey starting October 2024 as you gain a deeper understanding of the practice of yoga as well as confidence in teaching. In addition to learning the lifecycle of a flow class, the training also includes modules on Anatomy, Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga, Teaching Beginners, Yin Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, plus hands-on teaching experience. Whether your intention is to teach yoga or simply deepen your personal practice, this training will provide you with a heart-centered and transformational life experience.

  • Attendance of 20 classes at Bliss Body Yoga during training. A 20 class pass will be added to your account at the start of training. If you have a membership it will be paused until those 20 classes are used.
  • 3 classroom observations and 3 classroom assists during training
  • Full payment of course fees

2024/25 Training Dates & Times

In the event of a scheduling conflict or missed class, students will be assigned makeup work. Students cannot miss more than one full weekend of training. In the event of inclement weather, training will be held virtually on Zoom. We will determine the need to switch online based on student and teacher’s ability to safely commute to the studio in instances of snow/ice. A $200 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance into the program to hold your space in training. Apply today to save! 1st 6 applicants receive $100 off deposit.

Please start the application process by filling out the application and submitting it. You will then be contacted to set up a short meeting either via Zoom or in-person with Colby or Mary. You may also attend a group Info Session in lieu of a meeting. Once your application is approved you will receive a link to submit your $200 non-refundable deposit and select your payment option.
