Studio Policies
- Payments for class passes & memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable (cannot be applied to another student’s account).
- Class passes have a 5 month expiration from date of purchase.
- Memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment from purchase date. If you need to cancel your membership after the 3 month commitment is fulfilled please email us at least 7 days prior to your renewal date.
- After the initial 3-month membership commitment has been fulfilled, members may request one (1) suspension per calendar year. A suspension may be taken for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. All suspension requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days prior to the requested start date. Memberships will automatically resume at the end of the suspension period, and billing will continue as scheduled. Suspensions are not retroactive and cannot be applied to past billing cycles.
- You must pre-register online to secure your space in class.
- If you have reserved your space online and cannot attend class, please cancel your reservation classes in your account at least 1 hour prior to the class start time.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to the class start time, or failure to attend a scheduled class, will result in a fee or deduction. Students with an unlimited plan, including memberships and new student specials, will be charged a $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Students using class passes or drop ins will forfeit their pass.
- Children must be 16+ to join adult group classes. Please see our children’s & teen yoga offerings in the workshops section of our schedule for programming designed for younger yogis.
- Refunds for workshops, private lessons, and special class series are available only if cancellation is received 24 hours prior to the event and are issued to your original payment method less a 4% processing fee.
- We lock the doors at the studio at the class start time and will not allow students to join if they are late. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time to get settled.
