You don’t have to be a professional artist to experience how joyful, relaxing and meaningful painting can feel. Everyone is creative! Allow yourself to let go of the idea that you have to “produce” a piece of art and understand that this workshop is about experiencing the of the process of being creative and connecting to self! You will begin with a guided mediation to prepare you for “drawing” your breath and then adding color to the canvas. You will be given some guidance to get started but you will be set free to create a painting that resonates with you! No art experience is necessary and all supplies, including a beautiful selection of paint colors, are included.
