Yoga and Essential Oils for Summer Cooling June 3rd with Mary

Are you ready for the heat of the summer? Do you find that the summer makes you hide inside from the heat? Your yoga practice can help you to cool down, creating a better sense of balance during the steamy season. Essential Oils have characteristics that can warm or cool. During our first hour of the workshop, Mary will offer a cooling, gentle yoga practice accompanied by essential oils to help you feel refreshed and invigorated. The second hour of the workshop will provide you with ideas of how to use essential oils outside of your yoga practice to make the summer months more chill.
