New Sunday Meditation Class

We are delighted to offer a new Sunday evening mediation class with Rani Margolin starting September 7th. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced meditator, this sweet Sunday evening meditation will help reduce stress & anxiety, focus your mind, and restore your inner peace. Rani has practiced meditation for more than thirty years and has been a psychologist for more than twenty. Her meditation experience includes years of Siddha meditation, zen practice, and mindfulness training.

 

$10 Sunday Meditation: 5:45pm-6:30pm
