Weekly Prenatal Yoga at Bliss Body

 

 

 

Did you know that Bliss Body  offers a weekly Prenatal Yoga class for expecting mothers on Saturdays from 1:00-2:00pm? Students do not have to pre-register for this regular class and drops ins are welcome. Join Nora each Saturday to learn postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques to help ease pregnancy and delivery. Prenatal classes help expecting mothers to prepare for labor and allow them to feel strong, confident, and happy at every stage of their pregnancy. Prenatal classes are also a supportive environment to connect with fellow moms and share pregnancy tips and resources. We encourage mommies-to-be or woman coming back to yoga after giving birth to join us each week!
