This workshop is designed for beginners and seasoned practitioners to learn to strengthen and stabilize their inversions and arm balances. We will cover many basic poses, including tips and tricks on finding balance and building strength. We will begin with a brief warm-up of poses and core work to prepare us for flying! You will be offered new challenges and a chance to learn and try poses that we do not get to in a typical class.
