This workshop will be offered In-Studio and Livestream. All students who register will receive a join link from approximately a half hour before the class start time. Can’t join us at 1:00 pm because of your schedule or time zone? We’ve got you covered! Reserve your livestream spot and we’ll send you the video recording to watch when you can, available for 10 days after the class.

If you plan to attend in-studio, vaccinations are required. Masks are optional as of Friday, February 25, 2022.

During the “change of life” it can feel like our bodies are our enemies. Things that we long left behind from early adolescence seem to creep back in and take over – emotions, acne, pms and more. Did you know that your yoga practice can help to support this time of change?

This workshop will include yoga poses (asana) to move our bodies in ways that effect the hormonal organs. Breath work (pranayama) can calm the mind and support our daily cyclical patterns of sleep and wakefulness. Meditation (dharana) gives us the tools to concentrate better and enhance self-esteem.

Please bring a blanket or beach towel that covers your mat in addition to your yoga mat for this class.
