In this 4 part series we will explore a range of breathing practices, gentle movements and restorative yoga poses to help create a state of relaxation in the body. We will also dive deeper into “the next layer,” learning about the chakras and the ways anxiety shows up in the energetic body, affecting thoughts and beliefs. With opportunities for self-reflection along the way, each class will include ways to enhance your mindfulness practices as well as guided meditations and visualizations.
