Yoga for Anxiety Relief 2: Exploring and Integrating the Chakras with Barbara Vosk & Jen Davis

A special 3-part workshop series that will be held on September 22nd, October 13th and November 17th

Sundays: 1:30-3:30pm

$110 for the whole series

$40 for each individual session

In this workshop series we will explore a range of breathing practices, gentle movements and restorative yoga poses to help create a state of relaxation in the body. You will learn about the chakras and the ways anxiety shows up in the energetic body, affecting thoughts and beliefs. With opportunities for self-reflection along the way, each workshop will include ways to enhance your mindfulness practices as well as guided meditations and visualizations.

This workshop is appropriate for those who have previously taken the Yoga for Anxiety Relief series or for those with at least one year of regular yoga practice.

You may attend one or two workshops, or register for the entire series.

Sunday, September 22nd 1:30-3:30pm – The first and second chakras: Grounding and adapting to change

Sunday, November 17th 1:30-3:30pm – The third and fourth chakras: Self-acceptance and self-compassion

Sunday, December 15th 1:30-3:30pm – The fifth, sixth and seventh chakras: Self expression, clear-seeing, connection to spirit, self-knowledge.
