Yoga and Reflexology with Meg Flaherty

Join Meg for this special workshop combining yoga and reflexology. Begin with a gentle flow to connect body with breath. You will then be led into longer held restorative poses while working with the massage technique of Reflexology, self and assisted massage on the hands and feet, which are maps of the entire body.

Reflexology targets reflexes, stimulating the body from within; promoting wellness, restoration, balance, and healing. Connecting closer to your hands and feet, will connect you closer to your entire body inside and out. Participants will have an opportunity to explore various Reflexology tools and techniques, and will receive take home material for home practice. Deepen your understanding, with mindful awareness and appreciation of your hands and feet, and expand your entire practice!
