Tween and Teen Yoga 8-week Series with Rachel Wright

Series runs from April 4th – May 30th (we will not hold class on 4/18 during Spring Break.)

Thursdays, 4:15 – 5:15pm

$110 for the 8-week series

This series is designed for tweens and teens ages 10-16. Please register using your child’s name.

This special 8 class series is designed to build and promote inner and outer strength, self-confidence, and compassion. Students will gain awareness, control, and flexibility by playing with yoga poses, exploring yoga games, listening to centering music, and experiencing age appropriate breathing exercises.

Special attention is given to community and friendship as we often play with partner poses, group poses, and have an overall good time. These classes create a way for tweens and teens to feel more at home inside of their own bodies and emotions. They will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and a little more comfortable in their own skin!
