Prenatal Partner Yoga Workshop with Lauren Sacks

This workshop will teach expectant mothers and their birth partners postures which are beneficial throughout pregnancy and during labor. In addition, couples will learn breath, massage, and relaxation techniques designed to relieve the discomforts of pregnancy and to prepare them for childbirth. The special session will allow couples to deepen their relationships and to connect with their unborn children in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Suitable for all trimesters. No previous experience with yoga is necessary.
