We know the value of restorative yoga and we understand the benefits of massage. Combining the two is about as blissful as it gets! In this series we will move from head to feet through restorative yoga and massage.
You will be guided through simple yet effective self-massage and yoga self-assist techniques. You’ll feel the healing power of your own hands, as well as in utilizing props: tennis balls, yoga blocks, bolsters, and sandbags. Meg’s will provide massage therapy, healing touch and reiki energy throughout the entire workshop. You will hold sustainable, comfortable poses, focus your awareness on mindful breathing, and explore thoughtful self-care.
Week 1, February 25th: head, neck and shoulders
Week 2, March 4th : upper back, arms and hands
Week 3, March 11th: lower back and hips
Week 4, March 18th: legs and feet
