This workshop is offered both in studio & livestream. Everyone who registers will receive a livestream confirmation and email with a link to join the class 1 hour before the class time. If you plan to participate in studio, please ignore the livestream related emails.

This special 75 minute practice combines three powerful ways to relax. We begin with a simple and calming breathing exercise followed by slow, passive Yin poses done laying down and designed to release tension and tightness in the body. We transition to Yoga Nidra, known as sleep yoga, a deep relaxation practice which impacts the area of the brain responsible for REM sleep. This class is great for improving quality of sleep and is an excellent way to counter stress and prevent stress-related illness.

Accessible to all levels. No prior yoga experience necessary. In studio or via Zoom (2 blocks, a strap and bolster are suggested for those joining online). For added comfort, bring your own blanket.
