Arm Balances & Inversions, September 13th
Have you been wondering how to safely incorporate inversions and arm balances into your yoga practice? In this workshop we will work with the wisdom of strength patterns in the body to safely learn how to fly! You’ll leave with a better understanding of headstand, forearm stand, handstand, and several arm balances.
