Arm Balance & Inversion Series with Rachel
Does part of you believe that only magical people go upside down and they are all hiding some secret from you? Let’s fix that. This is the second workshop of the three-part series. We will work with the body to fine tune the strength and flexibility it takes to sustain arm balances and inversions. You will build a better cognitive understanding of arm balances and inversions as well as physically explore them in your own body. You’ll get the most out of this series if you’ve been practicing Flow yoga for a while and are ready to dive deep into arm balances and inversions in a safe and supportive environment.
In Week two we will begin to build strength, awareness, and alignment in order to practice inversions such as: halasana (plow), salamba sarvangasana (shoulder stand), shirshasana (headstand A&B).
