This special 8-class LiveStream series is designed to build and promote inner and outer strength, self-confidence, and compassion. Students will gain awareness, control, and flexibility by playing with yoga poses, exploring yoga games, listening to centering music, and experiencing age appropriate breathing exercises.
Special attention is given to community and friendship. These classes create a way for tweens and teens to feel more at home inside of their own bodies and emotions. They will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and a little more comfortable in their own skin!
LIVESTREAM WORKSHOP SIGN-UP

Join Karley for intentional movement and intention-setting as we enter the new year. Harnessing the energy of the last full moon of 2020, we will move through moon salutations and dynamic asana practice, find body and breath connection, and cultivate a sense of community release to start the New Year fresh. This offering will be a 90 minute class with time for journaling and reflection—and, of course, a beautiful, extended savasana!
