Yoga Nidra — the Sleep of Oneness — offers a fully rejuvenating, deeply relaxing process of meditation and exploration, leaving you refreshed, calm, and clear. You’ll be guided through a series of experiences focusing on progressively deeper levels of consciousness as you move through the “koshas” – sheaths or cloaks that keep full awareness hidden in everyday life. In the deepest level, in which you hover in space between sleep and wakefulness, you’ll be led through visualization to integrate awareness, energy, and intention to allow you to bring new clarity beyond the mat and into your everyday life.
This class begins with a gentle stretch and moves to savasana for the rest of practice. Open to all levels.

Whether you’re two weeks postpartum or six years, this is the workshop for you. Post-pregnancy, the abdominal muscles and hips can benefit from integrative poses and movements to get rocking again. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll discuss the changes your abs and hips have undertaken, and then we’ll move through a series of useful core-engagement poses and hip strengtheners to reawaken the ability of your body. And if you have tight and tired shoulders, you’ll learn useful ways to find relief. You’ll leave with a handout of movements you can do on your own at home to continue your strengthening journey. This is a workshop that will get you feeling a bit more like the old you!
