Chakra Balancing Workshop with Jen Davis

Chakra, which literally means wheel, are energy centers in the body that govern a particular part of the body, energize organs associated with it and when balanced create a harmonious emotional state. The seven chakras are positioned from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. During this workshop we will begin at the base (root chakra) and practice asana that moves energy in each chakra to balance it so students leave feeling refreshed, grounded and balanced.

Some yoga experience is recommended prior to attending. Feel free to bring a journal and pen as there will be time for self reflection. 

CEU’s are available for this workshop for yoga teachers at the RYT-200 and RYT-500 level through Yoga Alliance.
