Learn how yoga can complement and enhance your running. This extended practice includes an active flow to strengthen muscles you need for stability and support, deep stretching and restorative poses to aid in recovery and injury prevention, and breathing techniques to support your running. An avid distance runner since high school, Nancy began practicing yoga when she was unable to run due to chronic knee injuries. Her yoga practice helped her heal and return to running in a safer, more sustainable way. Nancy experiences yoga and running as moving meditation, and she is honored to share this mindful approach to movement with her students.
