Yoga for Anxiety Relief, November 21st
This workshop is a follow up to the Yoga for Anxiety Relief Series and will offer practices to help manage anxiety & stress in the mind and body. After a brief review of the foundational teachings you will enjoy pranayama, meditation, and restorative yoga practices to help you feel relaxed, renewed, and connected to your calm center.
Appropriate for beginners as well as those who have previously taken the Yoga for Anxiety Relief class series.
