$20 for a drop into an individual class
This series is designed for tweens and teens ages 10-18.
It is best to register each individual under their own account in MindBody. If your child has a separate email, please use that email to create an account. If that is not possible, use your email. No refunds/credits will be issued if individual classes are missed during the series.
This special 10 class series is designed to build and promote inner and outer strength, self-confidence, and compassion. Students will gain awareness, control, and flexibility by playing with yoga poses, exploring yoga games, listening to centering music, and experiencing age appropriate breathing exercises. These classes create a way for tweens and teens to feel more at home inside of their own bodies and emotions. They will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and a little more comfortable in their own skin!
Teens should bring their own yoga mat to class.
