Summer Solstice Flow – OUTDOOR at the NCMA Park – see Classes Tab to register with Karley St. Pierre

Rise and shine for a special outdoor practice honoring the Summer Solstice. In true sunshiney fashion, this class will be active with sun-salutations, heart openers, and upbeat tunes as we enter the summer season. Make sure to bring water and a towel, as we’ll be movin’ n’ groovin. All levels are welcome. This class replaces Karley’s regular outdoor flow class only for this date and time.

(This is an in-person class and will only be offered online in the event of bad weather). Pre-registration is required for this class.

Bring your mat, props if you wish, water bottle, and bug spray. Masks are required unless you are practicing on your mat. If you don’t show up for the class then you will be charged a fee. Monthly & Annual Members will be charged $10 and pass holders will forfeit their class.
Cancellations due to rain will be announced via email at least 1 hour prior to start time. In the even of cancellation the class will be offered LiveStream on Zoom.
