A special Flow, Pranayama, Restorative, and Meditation Practice!

Who says you can’t have it all on the mat? Come reap the benefits of putting these four practices into one workshop and balance out the effects of winter and the cold weather. This session will begin with gentle flow yoga to bring you into the present moment, connect you with your breath by linking it to movement, and ease tension in your body.

You will be well prepared to shift into a heating pranayama (breathing) practice and a few restorative postures. The workshop will end with a guided meditation to further reduce levels of stress, tension and agitation in the body and the mind.
