Relax and restore during a sumptuous, restorative yoga class layered with Reiki healing touch. This experiential, service based class will guide you into supported, restorative shapes that encourage full body and nervous system relaxation while Reiki healing touch is offered through the hands of master level Reiki practitioner and Yoga Teacher Rochelle Ellis. Each week, experience deep relaxation and luxurious restoration while receiving Universal Life Force healing energy through gentle touch to align physically and energetically with the elements of nature. Please bring a cotton blanket and/or beach towel or two to be used for support and warmth.
