Prenatal Yoga 6 Week In-Studio Wednesday Series with Ellie Morris

Join us for a 6-week session designed to build community among moms-to-be and help prepare your mind and body for birth and parenting. Learn postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques to help ease pregnancy and delivery and meet the challenges of new motherhood. This session is appropriate for any stage of pregnancy (as long as you have clearance to exercise from your providers). Modifications and specific poses are offered to cater to participants specific needs.
If you wish to join the series after it has started you may join at Week 2 if space is available but must pay the total course feel. Please email us at info@blissbody-yoga.com if you would like to register after Week 1.
The practice portion of each class will be recorded. We will send the recording out to all participants on the following Thursday via email from info@blissbody-yoga.com. The recording will be accessible for 3 days.
