Ladies – this workshop is for YOU! Reconnect with your body and with rest in this special session. We’ll focus on the whole core system with breath and movement to explore the abdominals, back, diaphragm, pelvic floor, and the connections between them. Stress and daily life can lead to tension in these areas, so Ellie will also guide you through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep) in search of deep rest for the body and mind.
No yoga experience necessary. If you are newly postpartum, check with your healthcare provider(s) before engaging in movement classes. Dress comfortably for movement and bring a yoga mat, a large towel or blanket, and a water bottle. We have additional props at the studio for shared use and for sale to make the practice extra comforting.
