Pangu Yoga at Bliss Body
We are delighted to welcome Anisha Desai Fraser to the the Bliss Body teaching staff! Join Anisha on Tuesdays at 9:30am for our weekly Pangu Yoga class. Pangu Yoga is a gentle and unique style of yoga that combines the benefits of yoga and the energy cultivation aspects of Qi Gong. Anisha will also offer a monthly Pangu Yoga workshop that provides an in-depth explanation of the history, creation and practice of Pangu Yoga. It is recommended (but not required) to take the monthly workshop before joining the weekly class. See our workshops for more details and to sign up online.
