Beginners Yoga Series Starts October 14th
The next Beginners Yoga Series starts on October 14th. This 8-week series teaches new students the fundamentals of a yoga practice. We offer three Beginners Flow classes throughout the week. You can purchase the 8-class pass online which will get you through the whole series if you plan to come to one class per week.
You may drop into a Beginners class at any time but it is recommended to take the whole series as it is taught in a sequential manner. If you miss a class you can make it up during one of the other classes offered during the week.
Beginners Series Schedule:
- Mondays at 7:15pm – Series runs from October 14th through December 2nd
- Tuesdays at 11:30am – Series runs from October 15th through December 3rd
- Saturdays at 10:00am -Series runs from October 19th through December 7th
