Let’s Get Grounded! An Earth Practice for Fall with Jen Fisher (Bluestone)

“Getting Grounded” simply means reining all of your scattered energy back to the home base, the self. In the fall, the element of air becomes more prevalent and we can tend to feel more scattered. Think of the term “air headed”. In the tradition of Prana Vinyasa Flow, developed by Shiva Rea, yoga practice balances out the other elements in our lives so we can feel sane. So, in order to feel grounded, we offer our bodies an “Earth Practice”. In this type of practice, we move slowly and deliberately, focus on the earth, stay low to the ground, and find our center.

CEUs are available for this workshop for yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200 and 500 hour level.

Basic vinyasa practice is required for this class.
