Gratitude Journal Making for the New Year

Have you been wondering how to make yoga a bigger part of your life? Are you interested in starting you morning in a yogic way? Come learn more about your practice! In this workshop you’ll better understand the basic philosophy of why we practice yoga and be given tools to deepen and take home the practice you already have. Wouldn’t it be great to start each day grounded and grateful instead of rushed and frantic?

 

In this craft-centered special class, Rachel will guide you through making your own Gratitude Journal so you can start documenting what you are thankful for. Studies have traced a range of benefits to the simple act of writing down what we are grateful for, including better sleep, fewer symptoms of illness, and more happiness. To finish our time, think relaxing and gentle yoga, lavender scents, and a new found love and understanding for your practice.
