How to Develop a Home Practice October 9th with Mary & Meg

Practicing yoga at a studio is a wonderful experience (especially at Bliss Body Yoga!). Learning directly from a teacher is essential to the practice and the sense of community practicing with others is uplifting and affirming. However, there are times when getting to the studio may not be possible (think snow in Raleigh). Developing your own personal practice is an important part of the transformational experience of yoga. In your own practice you learn more about your body and mind. You can address your personal physical needs. And, your time is not constrained to the length or time slot of a class.

In this workshop, we will provide you with the tools needed to begin and sustain a home practice. Learn basic flows and sequencing techniques. Learn which poses to practice in various circumstances. Learn to trust your inner teacher! Materials will be provided and you will not leave empty handed!
