Join Rachel for this special winter workshop where we will create a ceremonial space for flowing slowly to seasonal music by candlelight. Allow yourself to slow down and turn inward during what can be a very hectic time of year. There will be space and time for reflection, rest, and deep breathing. Enjoy a special holiday practice which will include burning sage, a crystal singing bowl sound meditation and an oil & crystal massage.
