This time of year there’s lots of things that go bump in the night, but your backbending practice shouldn’t be one of them. Come learn how to safely use the body to create space that feels good. Beginners will be given a strong foundation and more advanced students will find new ways to play with their edges. Love will be given to all and fear of bending over backwards will take a backseat in your own house of mirrors : )
