The Art of Yoga: Paint and Flow, September 24th with Rachel

The yoga practice can be a powerful source of creativity. This workshop will use mindfulness techniques woven into an accessible flow practice that gives birth to vision work. From this vision work we will move creatively and freely into painting, journaling, and embracing creative expression. You’ll leave with your artwork as a token of the good work you’ve done. No art experience necessary. All Yoga levels welcome!
