Alignment Refinement: Feet, Legs & Hips November 6th with Mary

Have you ever felt like you weren’t sure if you were doing a yoga pose the “right” way? Or perhaps, you want to make sure that poses are working for your body and not against it. Maybe you need some specific instruction on how to modify a pose for a specific injury or limitation.This workshop is designed for students looking to create better alignment in class and teachers of yoga interested in guiding their students towards better alignment. Information gained from this workshop will transfer well to your regular yoga classes, and aid in developing a better awareness of how your body structure operates in yoga poses. Although there may not be a “right” or “wrong” way to do yoga poses, there is definitely a safe and unsafe way. Learn safe practices that will keep your body healthy and assist in healing pain and discomfort.
