Advanced Practice Workshop with Zach Mckinney

3:00 pm – 5:30 pm



This workshop is intended to offer students an advanced practice in which they can explore poses not usually encountered in a typical yoga class. We will work through advanced standing sequences, arm balances, heart opening poses, hip-openers and inversions. This class is not recommended for beginners or students with injuries, but it is open to all seeking a challenge in their physical practice or anyone interested in taking their physical practice to the next level.
