Advance Your Practice Workshop with Zach Mckinney

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm



This workshop is intended to offer students an opportunity to explore poses not usually encountered in a typical yoga class in order to help the student to advance their practice. We will work through advanced standing sequences, arm balances, heart opening poses, hip-openers and inversions. This class is not recommended for beginners or students with injuries, but it is open to all seeking a challenge in their physical practice or anyone interested in taking their physical practice to the next level.
