This class is offered on Mondays at 7:15pm & Saturdays at 11:15am.
Pre registration is required for this series, there are no drop ins allowed. No refunds, credits, or transfers/make-up classes for individual classes in the series. If you need to cancel your registration for the entire series, you must provide 24-hours notice before the 1st class of the series. No refunds will be issued after the series begins.
This 6-week series introduces the fundamentals of a yoga practice in a safe, fun and engaging learning environment. Students will learn proper breathing techniques, fundamental yoga poses, and methods for relaxation. This series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build confidence, strength and flexibility to prepare them for other classes at Bliss Body. Students who complete the series will receive $25 off their next class pass purchase. You don’t need to have a flexible body or a quiet mind to begin– you just need to show up!
