Yoga for Core Strength May 18th
We have all heard “engage your core” in yoga classes, and we generally know where the core of our body is located, but how much do we really understand the role it plays in our yoga practice? This workshop will provide a deeper understanding of the core muscles and how they support the body in yoga poses. The extended practice will provide a brief overview of the muscles that make-up the core and a vigorous flow focused on engaging and strengthening the core muscles. Experience practicing Flow yoga is recommended.
