Relaxation Techniques for Better Sleep for Tweens & Teens with Megan Lott

Tweens and teens face packed schedules, school stress, social obligations, and more. They need their sleep. And even more importantly, ensuring that teens get the sleep they need helps with mental health, academic performance, cognitive ability, and behavior. Join Megan to learn relaxation techniques that help to quiet the mind, calm the body, and promote better sleep.
We will start with a gentle movement practice to release tension in the body and follow with breathing exercises, restorative yoga, visualization techniques, and mindfulness practices. Teens will leave with tools that they can use at night when sleep evades them. We will also have the option to sample essential oils, so please let us know if your teen has any allergies.
