In this 4-week series you will:
  • Strengthen and expand your home meditation practice
  • Learn different approaches to mindfulness and meditation
  • Transform your response to stress
  • Access inner resources for relaxation and rejuvenation
Each 90-minute session will include discussion of the benefits of mindfulness and meditation; brief gentle, heart-opening asana; and opportunities to practice different approaches to mindfulness. We’ll include guided seated meditations, focused contemplations, moving meditations, and other strategies you can easily incorporate into your daily life and your yoga practice.
