$25 for this special hour long class for Tweens/Teens.

As the end of the school year approaches, your teen may face increased stress and anxiety as they are expected to perform on final exams and tests. They are also faced with the unknown as they navigate moving to the next grade, leaving one school for another, and saying goodbye to friends. This class will explores ways to manage stress in the long term through yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. We will also practice ways to ground ourselves in the moment when we face heightened stress and anxiety. Teens will leave feeling refreshed and well-equipped to conquer the end of the school year.
