Roxane Banville, is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator who has studied directly with Max Strom, founder of Breathe to Heal, author and speaker at TED talks. Roxane has been teaching various styles of yoga for over 15 years.
Open to all levels. No experience necessary.
Classes are held in-studio. No refunds, credits, or transfers for individual classes missed in the series. The practice portion of each class will be recorded. Each week we will send the recording of class out to all participants on the day after the class via email from info@blissbody-yoga.com. The recording will be accessible for 3 days.
