Classes, Saturday January 23rd

Due to the winter storm and icey roads we are holding just one class today at the studio, 9:30am Flow. All other classes are canceled. If you are participating in our 8-week Beginners Series we will be making up the missed class next Saturday, January 30th. We will also be rescheduling our Yoga & Support for Fertility workshop for a future date.
