OUTDOOR at NCMA Park with Ellie Morris
From: 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Trees are strong, flexible and resilient…great teachers and partners in life for us humans! On this Arbor Day, let’s celebrate spring, trees, and the beautiful outdoor space where we practice at the NCMA with a special class to benefit the Triangle Land Conservancy. This will be a mindful gentle flow class to remind us of our connection to earth. Your participation will help to support Triangle Land Conservancy which works to conserve the land “we need to safeguard clean water, protect natural habitats, support local farms and food, and connect people with nature.”
(This is an in-person class and will only be offered online in the event of bad weather.) Pre-registration is required for this class.
Bring your mat, props if you wish, water bottle, and bug spray. Masks are required unless you are practicing on your mat. If you don’t show up for the class then you will be charged a fee. Monthly & Annual Members will be charged $10 and pass holders will forfeit their class.
Cancellations due to rain will be announced via email at least 1 hour prior to start time. In the event of cancellation the class will be offered LiveStream on Zoom.
