Bring your yoga practice to the next level in this mindful exploration of the senses on and off the mat. A special one hour yoga experience will be followed by meditation practices to include: Trataka (candle gazing), lying down listening meditation, Mantra Japa (repetition), and more.

This workshop will allow you to be fully awake and aware of your senses, amplifying your own presence. Deepen your awareness of the sense of touch during a slow yoga practice where you are encouraged to wear a blindfold or keep your eyes closed during practice. In this practice you will eliminate external visual distractions and become more attentive to internal sensations. You will leave feeling calm, grounded, deeply relaxed and more compassionate towards yourself and others. Bring a journal and an open mind.
